Meet Tara
Tara Whelan is a Pharmacist and Credentialled Diabetes Educator providing Diabetes Education in the ACT and beyond via Telehealth.
She has worked in Community Pharmacy across Canberra since 2009 where she developed her passion for Diabetes care. This drove her to complete a Grad Cert in Diabetes Education and Management in 2015 and she has been providing private Diabetes Education to the community of Canberra since 2017.
